This week I’ve been eating Oreos, chocolate chip cookies, Subway cookies, vending machine cookies. I just can’t seem to give up the sweets and its starting to show. Well I needed a way to get my protein and carbs in without making a huge sacrifice. Protein cookies were my answer. Below are 2 of the recipes I will be trying this week. (As soon as I buy a baking pan!!! Moving is tough!)Now, this doesn’t mean you can eat a whole plate of them at once. That’s like a days worth of protein. But if you need something sweet without all the extra sugar while trying to make your protein goals, this can definitely help. I will let you know how they turn out.
